Is there a Trial Version to your Products?
Nope, at the moment there is no Trial to any of our Products. If there will be, we will announce in our Discord Server.
How do I claim my goods?
You just open a Ticket on discord.gg/patschen - there the admins will look up your order and if everything is fine and correct, you will get your goods right away.
Is there a refund method?
No, normally not. You can look up our TOS - there is a little articel about refunds, but we usually don't refund at all. The only Thing when we refund is, when we get scammed by our Suppliers. Then we will give you not the full money, but the rest money back to you.
Can I get something for free?
Yes, you actually can. But only with a little bit of luck. Because on our Discord Server - we do Giveaways from Time to Time. You can check out some time, and maybe, with a little bit of luck - you just win a Giveaway and a Product from our Shop!
